The NRB intends to revamp the technology of key banking information systems for client management, administration and execution of financial transactions, their accounting and integration of business, financial and risk management processes into a new operating system.
The main objective of the project is the replacement of outdated key banking information systems and the subsequent optimisation of related processes at the NRB.
In order to ensure the successful implementation of the project and to obtain the necessary added value that the renewal of key banking information systems is expected to bring, it is necessary that it is provided by an external partner that can implement and integrate the systems in a reasonable timeframe; in a quality and flawless manner enabling subsequent smooth production operations in accordance with the required operational SLAs; while complying with the NRB’s functional, technical and capacity requirements; and at the same time economically and financially in line with the NRB’s planned budget expenditures.
