Through ELENA programme, we offer EPC project advisory to municipalities and other public entities at a tenth of the total cost. We help to prepare the project together with the procurement procedure for the implementation company and to prepare documents for the application for funding from the OPEP.
We help municipalities and other public entities to assess any infrastructure project or project free of charge from the point of view of profitability and finding a suitable way of financing. If the proposed project is suitable for the use of financial instruments, we will also prepare a financing offer to the public contracting authority.
